Walgreen, the company initially had one store in Chicago, Illinois. By 1916, they expanded to four locations in the Chicago area and added four more stores in the following years. Alongside the growth, Walgreens introduced malted milkshakes and even established a manufacturing facility to produce various flavors of ice cream, which were sold at their lunch counters. Over time, Walgreens expanded by acquiring other drugstore chains like Duane Reade and Rite Aid. Presently, there are more than 9,200 Walgreens stores across the country. These stores not only provide pharmacy services but also offer groceries, health, and beauty products. Walgreen's Photo centers are accessible online and in most stores. Customers can create accounts, upload their photos, and either collect the prints from a local store or have them delivered to their home. Moreover, the photo centers allow shoppers to personalize mugs, masks, and other gifts using their own photos.
